2475“I was talking about yoga with some friends, and there was this kid in the group, his name was Ronaldo, about 18, 19 years old,” Jeremy says in his audio clip.

”I made the comment that: ‘It’s finally getting easier’. He then said this in reply. It kind of clicked with me as: ‘That’s true. The poses themselves don’t get easier, you get stronger’.

”Then I immediately took that in my mind and ran with it, and started attaching that to how I feel about life in general, how life doesn't get easier, you just get stronger.

”Or not, but it’s all a state of mind, and if I choose to think that my strength will allow me to participate in life to the degrees that I would like to, it’s not about waiting for things to become easy.

”It’s about cultivating my experiences and my strengths, to be able to succeed in life to the degree that I would like to.”
