2104“My grandma used to say all sorts of really useful things to me when we were living in London together,” Emma says in her audio clip “I was probably five or six. She was a really big personality.

”When we used to go out and about in London she used to be really careful about hygiene. When we went into public toilets she used to make us take individual squares of toilet roll and place them all around the seat of the toilet and it was all completely covered, and that would keep us clean. She would say that after you wash your hands, you can’t wash your bottom in a public toilet.”
