2306“I first heard this at a retreat in my high school in the Unite States, “ says Kelly, who is pictured at the school where she was teaching in South Africa.

”It really focused on growing personally, and the last day is a mindset of living the fourth.

“This means thinking about everything that you’ve been through, and everything that you’ve learned at the retreat and really going forward to living each day to the fullest and embracing everything that’s come so far, and that will come.”
