She's posing in a massage chair (which is rather invasive when turned on at the drop of a coin) and said: "I heard this in a workshop about relationships. The marvelous lead trainer, Sylvia Badasci, said that multiple times and it has really stuck with me over the years because it is true. What this refers to is that all our actions, all our words carry a particular energy. Our words may say one thing, but our non-verbal communication in our way of being may be saying something completely different. So really pay attention to what is being said without words."
