691 Helen Graves is a very talented chef, and said she was told this by her friend, because, in her words, she either likes savoury things, eats too much, or eats too much fat. None of these things were evident when we met at Borough Market in London for her photograph.
She explains all this in her video commentary, which turned out a bit noisy, but worth bearing with.
