1663He was asked to write a chapter for a book about how communities work. He wrote about social media surgeries, which are organised in Birmingham by his company. Another chap also wrote a chapter for the same book, in which he described the book’s contributors in this SOTM’s terms.

“He said these are people who just do what they think makes sense, they don’t care about what the system says, they just crack on and do it regardless and it just felt like a lovely thing to be called,” he says in his audio commentary.
