1843One of her first jobs was as a floor manager in a regional news studio. One day, while a live morning show “which used to have all sorts of animals, all sorts of strange things in the programme” was being broadcast, someone gave our subject this unusual piece of information.

“We had to make other arrangements until the donkey got out, but I like to think that’s a little bit like life,” she says in her audio clip, meaning you can sort anything out sooner or later.
