1750Our subject explains in his audio clip that he “grew up listening to people who were older than myself and trying to work out ‘why do they say these things?’” He goes on to say that he was with a friend one time and they went to visit his uncle, who asked this question of our subject.

“You know that when you’re young it takes a bit of time, and some other time later on you will have to go back to that person and say ‘actually, now I know what you mean’.”
