2237Ellenor, a film maker and photographer says she was told this by her mother.

”I guess growing up as a kid,” she says in her audio clip, “I always knew I wanted to be a film maker and do something big with my life. I had a lot of people doubt me along the way.

”The one thing that helped me stay focused, and the one person who really grounded me was my mother. When going to film school and trying to fund a film, my parents were always supportive and paid for everything that I had to do.

”My final film that I made was a big undertaking, I got a lot of people putting me down for it because it was too huge and very expensive, cos I decided to shoot all on 35mm film, which was crazy.

”My mum pulled through, my mum helped pay for the gig and ever since I’ve been wanting to help repay that in some way, shape or form. My mum just pulled me aside and said this. And that’s something I’ve always had in my brain that I’m going to do, and I definitely will do.”
