591This image sees the start of the MTV Staying Alive week on SOTM, a campaign being run by MTV together with The Body Shop and Spotify. It all aims to promote safe sex and HIV and Aids prevention.

To kick things off we have Michelle Tilley, the sex columnist for BitchBuzz pictured at Tower Bridge in London. She was told her SOTM the last time she went for a checkup at a sexual health clinic.
