2537“So when I was a little kid, the first time I remember this was from when I was four or five and in Florida with my parents,” Heather says in her audio clip.

”My mom told me this because I was being lazy and I wanted to sit on the escalator. She said the monster will grab your clothes and entwine them into the grooves on the escalator, and when you get to the top it’ll slice you into little pieces.

”So I always thought there was a monster under the escalators and since then I’ve always been intimidated by escalators.”
