2017“I met a girl from work, and this is the first thing she said to me, as she looked at some bad spots on my skin. I was taken aback, and said ‘Yeah I do, why?’ She replied ‘My brother had really bad skin as well, and he wasn’t washing his face, so you might want to try that.’

“Four-and-a-half years later we’re best friends, and I went to the birth of her child. And now all of my family use it as a phrase – if something was a bit awkward we say ‘It was a bit of a ‘do you wash your face?’ moment’”.
