2200“This was said to me at university, probably by more than one person, but the first person to come up with this as a mantra was my friend Jess,” she explains in her audio clip.

”It came out of the fact that at university we were quite poor. We ate a lot of cheese, beans and pasta and asked each other questions like – ‘do you want cheese on this?’ and ‘shall I have this with this?’
