His subject Gianna said of her SOTM: “Sometimes we meet people who immediately sense our good nature and decide ‘I need to take advantage of this situation’. I found myself in such a situation recently.

”I lost myself in an individual and a situation and could never see the downside and its negative effect on me for more than five minutes. It is a work in progress though. I have to wear this saying as a badge everyday to remind myself that I need to stop being so selfless and in this particular situation, be a bit more “selfish”.”
