"It's inspired me to be proud of my passionate and diligent nature, and also be less of a perfectionist. If I didn't get the top mark, but still did everything I could, then there's no need to fret.

"The picture was taken against the wall of my parents' house in Lincolnshire, where I am staying while on medical leave from studying at Imperial College London. I'm wearing my Imperial Physics hoodie in the picture because I think my mum's advice (and my parents in general) is a big part of what got me there.
