2319“When I finished Varsity, a lot of people were going overseas,” says Dax, who runs a lifestyle website for Cape Town.

”It was a difficult decision as to whether to stay here or to go overseas. After to-ing and fro-ing a lot and speaking to a lot of people, someone told me this.

”I suddenly realised it doesn’t matter if you go or stay. You do it and you make a decision and you water the grass wherever you are, and you’ll be happy. It wasn’t about the decision, it was choosing, and then you’re done.”
