”He told me this because I should appreciate the food. Then he expanded that and said I should take things very slowly, learn to appreciate things and their beauty and not rush it, because as an architect, as a designer I should be able to look at the surroundings.

”And I really eat fast so when I do I think of him and I take it slowly.”
