2249“I was travelling in Rome a few years ago, wine tasting” Hein explains in his audio clip. “We were discussing how difficult it is to order wine when you’re in a restaurant in a foreign country. It’s such a big list that you don’t actually know where to start.

“I met a woman who told me this. So in Sicily, you order Sicilian wine, if you’re in California, you order Californian wine. And this has changed the way I eat, because I go on holiday and I travel to eat.”
